Exercise

Everyone knows that we need to have regular exercise to keep us healthy, but not all would do it. I've been playing regular sports when i was in KL, futsal and badminton every Monday and Wednesday. Sometimes if i'm not lazy, i'll even jog. After 1+ week in Bangkok, i've not done any sports neither have i found anywhere that i can do sports. Except to jog, maybe. However, i do think that i'm doing regular exercise everyday.... I walk to work everyday. Walking is the best way to keep one healthy. Gandhi used to do it. He even made it a point to walk everyday for 30 mins, i think. He said, good diet and walking a lot helps keep one healthy. Now, my office and my place is about 5-10 mins away by car, if no traffic. Seems near? I thought so too... Everyday i'll be spending at least 40 mins walking to reach my office and 40 mins walking back from my office. It's tiring, and when i reach home/office, i'll be sweating like a pig (does pig sweat a lot?). There are many transportation options available, taxi, bus, motorcycle taxi... but i told myself, if i stop walking for even once, then i know i'll definitely not walk to work anymore. Who would if you can have an easier option??? I know i wouldn't. So hopefully, without much sports, i would still be able to keep myself healthy, albeit a little, by walking a lot. And i mean A LOT.... btw, i'm eating healthier too... i think....
